Truth.
Clarity.
Understanding.
I seek what is true, bring clarity to what is difficult, and help people understand what matters.
Meet Rosanne →
Some questions deserve more than a quick answer.
Rosanne has never been interested in answers simply because they are convenient, expected, or easy to defend.
She listens. She reflects. She studies. She questions. She looks for context and consistency. And when something matters, she is willing to stay with it until she can see more clearly what is actually true.
That instinct has shaped her faith, her teaching, her relationships, her work—and some of the hardest experiences of her life.
Truth can cost something.
As a young minister in Atikokan, Rosanne learned early that acting from conviction does not guarantee that you will be understood.
What began as a private pastoral conversation eventually cost her a congregation and left her without another church for more than two years.
More than three decades later, she can hold two things together without pretending they are contradictions: the conviction still matters, and she would carry it differently today.
“Truth should never be exchanged for approval. But truth must also be carried with wisdom, humility, context, and care.”
Not a list of roles. A set of convictions.
How we listen determines what we hear.
For Rosanne, careful listening is not passive. It is part of faithful interpretation.
She approaches Scripture with conviction and care: looking closely at the text, its context, its connections, and what it actually means before deciding what should be said about it.
She believes confidence and humility belong together—and that truth is strong enough to withstand careful questions.
Different instincts. A shared life and calling.
Wayne and Rosanne have rarely built, served, decided or dreamed entirely alone. For three decades their lives have been intertwined—two distinct ways of seeing, carried in one shared life.
He tends to notice the person, the possibility, and what might be possible from here.
She asks what is really happening, what is true, what matters, and what will still make sense when the emotion has passed.
When clarity, care, and discernment matter.
Rosanne’s offerings are not separate identities. They are different places where the same way of seeing becomes useful.
Also available for teaching, preaching, pulpit supply, and selected speaking engagements.
Conviction should deepen with reflection.
Truth matters. Context matters. Scripture deserves to be handled faithfully. Quiet voices deserve to be heard. And changing how we carry a conviction does not require abandoning it.
This is part of Rosanne’s story, not a separate brand statement.
What are you trying to understand?
It may be a question of faith, a difficult situation, a teaching need, a ceremony, or simply something that deserves more thought than it has been given.
